With forty years of experience, Mr. Horne concentrates his efforts on institutional health care consulting, physician services, as well as individual and estate tax services. Graduating from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1968 with a bachelor's degree in accountancy, he taught accounting and computer technology at Jones County Junior College in Ellisville, Mississippi until 1970. Billy worked with a large regional accounting firm for over thirty-eight years, and he was an integral part of the strategic plan for the firm resulting in statewide expansion through mergers, acquisitions, and other affiliations.
He has been recognized by the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) as a Fellow of Healthcare Financial Management Association (FHFMA).
